Our Solution:
After hearing the customer's concerns of the dryer overheating combined with the clothes also being left damp, we did a careful and thorough investigation of the dryer vent, looking for the most likely problem, which was blockage. The dryer vent was clogged, so we cleared all the accumulated lint from the exhaust tube. We checked the entire length to ensure good airflow, thereby reducing the fire hazard that comes from blockages.
